		I originate from Somerset and after being involved in the defence industry ended up as a Service Manager for a Christian special needs housing association. I have had a personal relationship with my God, the Creator, for almost thirty years and that fact continues to amaze my analytical mind.

		The day swearing left me I knew that God had answered my prayer for help. That was 1980 while I was in Florida on a tennis scholarship. Everything changed that day. Jesus has been leading me ever since. More recently God sent me and my family to Liverpool to start 7 churches.

		I became a Christian when I was 15 and since then have been involved in helping to lead several churches. In September 2006 I moved from Wallasey to start Jubilee Church Kirkby. I believe that God can make a difference to anybody’s life - he has mine. My life hasn’t always been easy and sometimes I’ve messed up but throughout it all God has been with me.

		When I was younger I went to a church for years with my mum and I knew all the stories from the bible but I never really knew god. I got to about 14 years old and got in with the wrong crowd, and turned out every parent’s nightmare. Let’s just say I had a colourful past. Nothing seemed to satisfy me until I heard about Jesus again now 32 years old. The knot I walked around with was untied, God never let go of me 18 years on. Now every day I walk on an amazing journey with God. Some days are bad but more are good, either way I have an amazing god that holds my hand through it all and now my children can know him as well. Wow !!!!
